Position your hand as if you are about to put a bracelet on, and the measurement needed is the widest point of your hand in that position. If you do not have tape measure to hand, then a strip of paper or ribbon marked off where the two ends overlap and then measured off against a ruler is a good solution.  

You will be prompted to give your measurement when you click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
